Can Gift Cards Be Used on Subscriptions?
Yes, gift cards can be applied at checkout for subscription orders.
Troubleshooting Gift Card Issues
If a gift card isn't working:
- Customer must enter email address BEFORE applying gift card code
- Shopify validates the code against their account
- If still not working, contact LUNA to verify gift card status
