SMS Management

Enabling/Disabling SMS Notifications

Customers can toggle SMS Management in their Account Info page.

Checking SMS Status for a Customer

  1. Generate LUNA login link for customer
  2. Go to their Account Info page
  3. Check if "SMS Management" is enabled

Re-enabling SMS for Customers

If customer opted out but wants back in:

  1. Access their account via login link
  2. Go to Account Info
  3. Enable SMS Management

Tip: Let customers know they can manage SMS preferences directly in their Account Info.
