Managing Next Order Date

How Customers Delay Their Subscription
Customers can delay their next order through:
- Account area: Edit next order date
- Upcoming shipment email: Click "Delay" link (if enabled)
- SMS: Reply to subscription reminder text
Delay limits: Can be configured (e.g., maximum 2 months in advance, 4 weeks per delay).
How Customers Ship Now
Customers can request immediate shipment through:
- Account area: Click "Ship Now"
- Upcoming shipment email: Click "Ship Now" link
- SMS: Reply to text with ship now command
Tip: View "Ship Now" revenue in LUNA Admin > Analytics > Email Order Boost
Activity Tracking
All delay and ship now actions are logged in LUNA Admin > Analytics > Activity tab with:
- Original order date
- New order date
- Action source (account area, email, SMS, admin)
