Managing Next Order Date

How Customers Delay Their Subscription

Customers can delay their next order through:

  1. Account area: Edit next order date
  2. Upcoming shipment email: Click "Delay" link (if enabled)
  3. SMS: Reply to subscription reminder text

Delay limits: Can be configured (e.g., maximum 2 months in advance, 4 weeks per delay).

How Customers Ship Now

Customers can request immediate shipment through:

  1. Account area: Click "Ship Now"
  2. Upcoming shipment email: Click "Ship Now" link
  3. SMS: Reply to text with ship now command

Tip: View "Ship Now" revenue in LUNA Admin > Analytics > Email Order Boost

Activity Tracking

All delay and ship now actions are logged in LUNA Admin > Analytics > Activity tab with:

  • Original order date
  • New order date
  • Action source (account area, email, SMS, admin)
