Passwordless Login

How Customers Log In

LUNA uses passwordless authentication:

1. Customer enters email or phone number
2. Receives a 4-digit PIN via SMS or email
3. Enters PIN to access account

Login Issues - No Phone Number on File

If customer doesn't have a phone number:

• PIN is sent to their email address instead
• Customer can add phone number in Account Info after logging in

Generating Login Links for Customers

Admin/CX can generate login links:

1. Go to customer profile in Shopify Admin
2. Click "More actions" dropdown
3. Select "Generate LUNA Login Link"
4. Share secure link with customer
