LUNA Upcoming Order

  • Triggered 3 days before subscription renewal
  • Use for upcoming shipment flows
  • Contains order details, products, next billing date

LUNA Subscription Cancelled

  • Triggered when subscription is cancelled
  • Use for win-back campaigns

Klaviyo Properties Synced

  • LUNA Subscription ID
  • LUNA Active Subscription Products
  • LUNA Active Subscription Variants
  • LUNA Paused Subscription Products
  • LUNA Paused Subscription Variants
  • LUNA Paused Subscriptions
  • lunaToken (for passwordless authentication links)

Viewing Event Data

  1. Go to Klaviyo > Metrics
  2. Find LUNA metric (e.g., LUNA Upcoming Order)
  3. Click Activity details on any customer
  4. View all available data fields

Creating Segments

Use LUNA properties to segment:

  • Active subscribers to specific products
  • Paused subscribers
  • Subscribers not subscribed to specific products (for upsells)

Segment troubleshooting: If segment pulling wrong customers, check AND vs OR conditions and property name exact match.
